Incident Summary:
A masked man with a semiautomatic handgun robbed the Rutter's Store located at 249 North Main Street in Shrewsbury about 3 p.m. on Sunday 1/28/2007. The man entered the store, displayed the handgun, and demanded money from store clerks. The man left the store with an undisclosed amount of money. The man was last seen fleeing south on foot. The man was described as in his early 20s, between 5 feet 9 inches and 5 feet 10 inches tall, average build, wearing a gray sweatshirt with a hood pulled up around his head, jeans and a cloth over his face.
