Nature of Incident:	Public drunkenness

Incident Summary:
Officers were dispatched for a suspicious person at residence on John Randolph Dr. who was beating on the door to the house and yelling let me in. Upon arrival officers observed a white male later identified as Mimna at the front door. We told him to come down off the porch and talk. He said nothing and stood at the door. We walked up to him and asked him what he was doing. He stated that he lived there and was going home. The strong odor of an alcoholic beverage could be smelt on Mimna. When asked what his address was he told us he lived on High Ridge Rd. in Delta. When Mimna was asked for personal information such as his date of birth, house number and phone number he could not remember. Officers gave Mimna a preliminary breath test which showed the results of 0.281. Mimna was asked what and how much he drank. He could not answer either question and could only say that he was wasted. Mimna was placed under arrest for public drunkenness and transported to central booking.
