Nature of Incident:	Possession with intent to sell prescription drugs

Location:	Rutter's Farm Store parking lot. 615 S Main St. Shrewsbury Borough
Incident Summary:
An officer stopped into Rutter's farm store and was advised by the clerk that Anders, now in the parking lot had asked the clerk if he knew anyone that ate Percocet. The clerk was unsure if Anders wanted to purchase or sell the drug. Anders was confronted and found to be in possession of 45 Oxycodone pills that were not prescribed to him, and drug paraphernalia. Once at the station Anders pulled a small amount of cocaine from his pants and stepped on it, destroying the evidence. Anders was charged with Possession with intent to distribute the Oxycodone, Possession of Oxycodone and Cocaine, Possession of drug paraphernalia, and Tampering/destruction of evidence. Officers seized Anders vehicle and he was transported to central booking.
