Nature of Incident:	Theft of purse and contents

Location:	Giant Grocery Store Mount Airy Rd. Shrewsbury Borough
Incident Summary:
Suspect entered grocery store and walked through the store pushing a grocery cart and placing items in the cart. Suspect looked for a purse in an unattended cart and removed purse from the cart. Suspect placed the purse inside an empty plastic grocery bag and left the store. The suspect is a white male, 25-35 years old, 5'4 to 5'6", medium build, wearing a gray sweatshirt with hoodie up over his head, placed sleeves over his hands, black white checkered cloth pants similar to pajama bottoms or chef pants, and tan work boots. Several other police departments in York County are also investigating similar thefts.
