Nature of Incident:	Underage drinking party

Persons Involved:	21 people between the ages of fifteen and twenty years old.
Incident Summary:
Officers were dispatched to Virginia Ave. in Shrewsbury Borough for a noise complaint. While investigating the noise complaint officers found an underage drinking party in progress. Officers also found several glassine baggies of marijuana that were dumped by the party goers when police arrived. Twenty-one people between the ages of fifteen and twenty years old were in attendance. All subjects will be charged with underage drinking and one juvenile will also be charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
