Incident Summary:
Charles William Wells of Glen Rock was in Wetzel's Market and was confronted by an employee about concealing merchandise on his person.  In the process of committing a retail theft, Wells pushed an employee and fled the store.  Employees chased Wells and detained him until police arrived a few minutes later. Wells has been charged with Robbery, Retail theft, Harassment, Disorderly conduct, and Criminal mischief. Wells was transported to York County Central Booking for arraignment.
