Incident Summary:
Southern Regional Police investigated an incident where a 13 y/o female alleges that a 16 y/o female encouraged her Pit-bull / Dalmatian mixed dog to attack the 13 y/o causing minor injuries to the victim from bites. The 16 y/o suspect exited a vehicle before the attack and left in the same vehicle. Southern Reg. Police located the vehicle and stopped the vehicle. Police found drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Charges are pending against the 16 y/o for dog law violations and criminal violations. Charges are pending against a 17 y/o female in the car for possession of drug paraphernalia.
