Incident Summary:
A preliminary hearing was held today for Thomas Albert Biles for the charges of Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Harassment. Biles was arrested on 3/15/2009 after he was involved in a domestic disturbance where he brandished a handgun and threatened his live in girlfriend. Biles informed the girlfriend that she had five seconds to leave or he was going to shoot her because he had the right to since she was trespassing. Officers confiscated a Desert Eagle pistol, a 9mm Taurus pistol, an AK-47 assault rifle and a scoped varmint rifle because of the threat involving weapons. Biles was charged with the above offenses and released after posting five thousand dollars for bail. DJ Reamer presided over the preliminary hearing and waived the charges into County Court.
