UPDATE on School Threat
 
 
This information is provided jointly by the Southern Regional Police and the Southern York County School District.
 
On Monday, April 28th, graffiti was discovered on a bathroom partition in Susquehannock High School threatening three male students.

The Susquehannock High School Administration and the Southern Regional Police have thoroughly and successfully investigated this incident. Chief James Boddington stated, “I am fully confident that there is no danger to the students related to this incident.”

As a precautionary measure, the Regional Police, under the direction of Chief James Boddington, will continue to have an added security presence in the High School and campuses.

Graffiti was discovered on a bathroom partition in Susquehannock High School threatening three male students.

The Susquehannock High School Administration and the Southern Regional Police are working together to conduct a full investigation of this incident.

The Regional Police, under the direction of Chief James Boddington, will have an added security presence in the High School and campuses.

According to Dr. Thomas Hensley, Superintendent of Schools, “because the safety of our children and staff is our highest priority, we are taking this incident seriously and sharing the information with our parents and guardians.” Chief James Boddington of the Southern Regional Police stated that while this incident is likely a hoax, we will fully investigate to determine the origin.
