Person Involved:	Nabil AL-EMAD  Victim: 11 year old girl, whose name is not being released due to her age. The victim was not physically injured in the event.
Incident Summary:
On 5/5/2009 Nabil AL-EMAD was charged with Rape of a child, Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with child, Aggravated indecent assault, Unlawful contact with minor, Statutory sexual assault, and Indecent assault, for the sexual contact AL-EMAD had with an 11 year old girl. Nabil AL-EMAD was arraigned before MDJ Walter Reamer and bail was set at $40,000.00. AL-EMAD currently is in York County Prison awaiting the Preliminary Hearing.
