Incident Summary:
Southern Regional Police arrested an adult male from Main St in Glen Rock Borough on 5/29/13 for a warrant out of Baltimore Co for a probation violation related to 2nd degree assault with a weapon.

Officers were called for a domestic violence call where the female fled the apartment. A YCDES 911 dispatcher discovered that the male was wanted out of Maryland. The male refused to answer the door.

Officers entered and found the male in the kitchen with scissors on the table and several knives within his reach. The male refused to comply and requested that officers shoot him. After speaking with him for a period of time he began to comply and then resisted arrest. A struggle ensued and the male was taken into custody.

The male and one officer sustained minor injuries. During the struggle and at the hospital the male subject threatened to kill the officers and a third subject, and threatened to come after an officer after he is released.

The male was taken to central booking for arraignment on terroristic threats and resisting arrest. He was also charged with fugitive charges since Maryland will extradite.

His name will be released after arraignment.
