Incident Summary:
Southern Regional Police have arrested White for the Christmas Day 2009 burglary of the 7 Valleys Custom Blends. White entered the store and attempted to steal smoking pipes from a locked cabinet. White was arraigned today by District Magistrate Judge Walter Reamer.
