Maxine KING of Baltimore, MD has been arrested and charged with multiple felony and misdemeanor
counts under the Drug act. Charges range from: Multiple Prohibited acts under the Drug Act,
The acquisition or obtaining of possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, or deception, Identity theft, Criminal use of communication facility, Theft by deception, Receiving stolen property, and conspiracy to commit the previously listed crimes. KING a nurse from Montreal was employed at a Maryland doctor's office. KING was accepting payment to use the doctor's DEA number to call multiple pharmacies in both PA and MD to order fraudulent narcotic prescriptions. KING is currently being held in the York Co. Prison on $50,000.00 bail. |
