On June 26, 2008 at approx. 1951 hours, officers were dispatched to Veterans Dr. in New Freedom Borough for two males that were arguing with each other and ramming their trucks into each other.
The complainants advised that a driver in a green, Ford, F250 was arguing with a driver in a dark blue Chevy S-10. The vehicles then faced each other with some distance between them and charged towards each other. The vehicles abruptly stopped prior to colliding head on. The vehicles then rammed each other head on. The two trucks were trying to push each other and were spinning their tires. The green F250 was pushing the S-10 truck backwards as the S-10 was spinning its tires in an attempt to move forward. The F250 eventually pushed the S-10 into a farmer's field before both vehicles separated. While investigating the complaint officers found that Joseph P. Walker was driving the Ford F250 and his brother, Charles Kenneth Walker, was driving the Chevy S-10. The brothers were having an argument over money and things escalated until they were ramming their trucking into one another. Charles Kenneth Walker was found to be in possession of a switch blade knife, cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. Charles Kenneth Walker was charged for the weapons violation, drug violations, and several traffic violations. Joseph P. Walker was charged with disorderly conduct. |
