Incident Summary:
Southern Regional Police have filed citations against (2) armored truck drivers and the company for violations that occurred on 07/03/2008 and 07/10/2008. The company was initially told by a bank in Glen Rock not to use Church St and a Garda Armored employee allegedly advised the bank employee that they would use Church St. until they got caught. On 07/03/2008 SRPD received a complaint about a Garda Armored Truck driving on Church St. The company was contacted and the supervisor was advised that the driver would be receiving a citation and to advise all employees to not use Church St. On 07/10/2008 a Garda Armored Truck again traveled Church St. with a different driver but same passenger as 07/03/2008. The driver and company was cited for the incident on 07/10/2008.
