Nature of Incident:	False alarm to agencies of public safety & Disorderly conduct

Incident Summary:
York County 911 received a phone call from the pay phone at Rutter's in New Freedom advising that there was a shooting at an address on Waneta St. and that someone was taken hostage. Officers responded to the address and determined that the call was a false alarm. Officers later identified the person who made the false call through store surveillance cameras. McClain was found on Waneta St. after the surveillance was viewed and interviewed.McClain admitted to making the false call to get even with the occupants of the given address for previous issues. McClain was charged for the above listed charges and arraigned by District Court Judge Walter Reamer. McClain was transported to central booking for processing and bail of $2500.
