Incident Summary:
Officers were dispatched to an 'assault with injuries'. The numerous callers advised 911 that there was a male lying in the middle of the roadway while another male subject was actively assaulting him. Upon arrival officers found the victim lying in the middle of the roadway unconscious covered in blood. Thurman Frantz was standing next to the victim covered in the victims blood. Upon investigation officers found that the two subjects had begun fighting after arguing. The victim was transported by ambulance to the Trauma Center at York Hospital with life threatening injuries. The victim is currently listed in serious condition there. Thurman Frantz was arrested on scene and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, and harassment. Frantz was transported to central booking for arraignment.
