On 8/24/2013 at about 2330 hours police were dispatched to the first block of John Randolph Dr, New Freedom Borough for an intoxicated woman.

Kimberly Crosier-Crowley, age 55, was intoxicated, left her residence, and went to the neighbors while she was not wearing any pants. There, Crosier-Crowley entered the residence and then refused to leave when told to do so by the resident. Crosier-Crowley then urinated on the neighbor’s couch after he called 911.

Police arrived on scene and Crosier-Crowley fled the residence. She was taken into custody after stumbling up the street with no pants on. Crosier-Crowley was intoxicated, uncooperative and had a strong odor of urine and feces about her upon being taken into custody.

Crosier-Crowley was transported to central booking and charged with Criminal Trespass, Loitering and Prowling at Night, Criminal Mischief, Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness. Crosier-Crowley was released on $5000 unsecured bail.
