An investigation into an under age drinking party on 8/30/2009 has lead to pending criminal charges of Corruption of minors, Selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors, and Purchase, Consumption, Possession and/or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages (underage drinking). Walter GRUZS, while his parents were away for their anniversary, organized a drinking party that has lead to a 17 y/o being arrested for DUI, Ten juveniles ranging in age from 15-17 y/o for underage drinking, two juveniles for Selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors, and Walter GRUZS and Tyler SHORT facing charges of Corruption of minors, Selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors, and Purchase, Consumption, Possession and/or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages (underage drinking).
