Incident Summary:
Southern Regional Police were called to York Hospital to investigate a stabbing that occurred at the above location around 1845 hours (645pm) on 09/02/2008. The victim was stabbed two times to the back by a 15 year old male during a confrontation and the suspect then fled on foot. The Pennsylvania State Police assisted with searching for the suspect and he was later located and taken into custody at his residence. The 15 year old suspect has been charged as an adult with the above listed offenses and was taken to central booking for arraignment. * The suspect will be arraigned at 5am this morning and his name cannot be released until after arraignment.
