Incident Summary:
Officers were dispatched for a physical domestic altercation in which it was reported a female was pinned against a car. When officers arrived they were advised that the male subject involved, Jerome Carl Foltz, was possessing and had displayed a knife. The incident started in Maryland Line, MD at the Maryland Line Inn where a disturbance also occurred and ended in Shrewsbury, Pa at the Pizza Hut. The subject was taken into custody and transported to Central Booking on numerous outstanding warrants, which include reckless endangerment, terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, and multiple parole violations. Jerome Carl Foltz will be arraigned on new charges this day stemming from the incident that occurred at Pizza Hut for terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, trespassing, public drunkenness, and harassment. Foltz had also threatened to harm employees of the Pizza Hut and threatened to harm the business itself. No further info at this time.
