Incident Summary:
SRPD is requesting the publics assistance in the church burglaries. Sometime between 9/6/2009 at 1800 hours and 9/8/2009 at 0900 hours someone forced entry into the three churches. The subject(s) rummaged through the churches looking through valuables however, no property has been discovered stolen. Messiah Lutheran Church broke a stain glass window to gain entry. St. Paul United Church of Christ removed window air conditioner to gain entry. Unknown damage values at this time. Anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious, or may have information about these crimes, please contact the Southern Regional Police at 235-3944.
