Incident Summary:
Judith Mudd was caught by a store employee putting groceries into her purse as she shopped in Wetzel's Market. After purchasing two items Mudd was confronted by the employee. Mudd was found to have stolen five items for a total value of $10.55. Mudd was also found to have seventeen dollars on her. When asked why she didn't pay for the stolen goods with her money she stated that she wanted to buy a pizza for dinner. Mudd was arrested and charged with retail theft.
