Incident Summary:
Officers were dispatched to an assault on Manchester St. Glen Rock Borough where the assailant left the scene. During the investigation it was found that Joshua Lookingbill struck the victim several times causing several abrasions and lacerations that may require medical attention. Officers received information that Lookingbill had fled to Shrewsbury after the assault. As an officer pulled up to Choice Outlet on E Forrest Ave. Lookingbill was found exiting an emergency exit to the business. Lookingbill fled and was chased by officers on foot for about one half mile before being apprehended. During the apprehension Lookingbill was subdued by the use of a Taser. Other then Lookingbill urinating himself, no one was injured during the apprehension. Lookingbill was charged with Simple Assault, Resisting Arrest, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, and paced into York County Prison in lieu of $10,000. Bail.
