Nature of Incident:	Burglary, Criminal Trespass, Terroristic threats, Simple Assault, Harassment and Public Drunkenness

Incident Summary:
Officers were dispatched to the area of the location for a male subject with a large knife attempting to forcibly gain access to an apartment and a female subject trying to prevent the subject from entering. Officers arrived to find the door locked and blood in front of the door. Officers forcibly gained access to the apartment and learned from the victims that the suspect fled. The subject was found a block away at his residence and taken into custody by Southern regional Police and assistance by Stewartstown Police. And altercation occurred between two males over a female with the arrested suspect attempting to forcibly enter the apartment with a large knife. Two people inside the victim's apartment were taken into custody for warrants. The suspect was treated at York Hospital for injuries received in the fight and transported to central booking for arraignment and a probation violation detainer. The female inside the apartment will be charged with simple assault for allegedly striking the suspect (her husband) over the head with a beer bottle earlier in the day causing him to seek treatment as a hospital.
